Payment methods and shipping costs

1. payment methods

1.1 For deliveries within Germany you can choose from the following payment options, unless otherwise stated in the respective article description:

- Payment in advance by bank transfer
- Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
- Apple Pay, Google Pay
- Paypal
- Paypal Express
- Direct debit 

1.2 For deliveries abroad we offer the following payment options, unless otherwise stated in the respective article description:

- Prepayment by bank transfer
- Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
- Apple Pay, Google Pay
- Paypal
- Paypal Express
- Direct debit 

2. delivery

2.1 Your order will be shipped by Registered Mail, DHL or DHL Express

2.2 We ship to the following countries: Germany, Worldwide

3. shipping costs
3.1 For shipping within Germany we charge a flat rate of 4.99 EUR per order. Delivery time within Germany is approximately 2 to 4 days.

From a gross order value of 100 EUR we ship free of shipping costs (by DHL).

3.2 For shipping abroad we charge the following shipping costs: EUR 4.99
Optional express surcharges can be seen after selecting the country.

As a rough guide for the delivery time can be calculated

- EU: from 2 to 10 days
- non EU: from 5 to 30 days

for DHL Express:

- EU: from 1 to 2 days
- non EU: from 2 to 10 days

in addition there is a processing time of 1 day (we ship from Monday to Friday)

3.4 In the case of cross-border deliveries, further taxes (e.g. in the case of an Intra-Community acquisition) and/or charges, e.g. in the form of customs duties, may be incurred. These are to be borne by you.

3.5 Shipping costs for resellers are calculated exclusively by weight - shipping is done by UPS/DHL Express.

4.0 The minimum order value is EUR 15,-
