Delivery Time

The time limit for delivery begins to run in the case of payment in advance on the day after the issuance of the payment order to the referring bank or, in the case of other payment methods, on the day after the conclusion of the contract and ends with the expiry of the last day of the period. If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday recognized by the state at the place of delivery, the next working day shall take the place of such day.

In Germany, the delivery time is 2-4 business days. Abroad, it depends on delivery strongly on the local post office and customs, but empirical values are between 5 and 30 days. 

We usually ship on the same, or latest next working day, everything else then depends on the delivery service, on which we unfortunately have no influence. 

Please note that during the vacation and pre-Christmas period delays can occur due to the high utilization of delivery services.

Indicated is the time from receipt of order to delivery of the package. Please note that these are average values, it can take much faster - or in individual cases - even much longer, especially with economy delivery
